Terms for using the WP Local Lift brand website.

This website provides information about WP Local Lift — our WordPress plugins (Local Lift SEO, Lead Ledger, and Local Lift Care), managed WordPress plans, and professional services. Content is provided as-is for general guidance and may change as products and services evolve.

Product terms

Plugin licenses, billing, refunds, updates, and support are governed by the terms on each product site. Nothing on this brand site overrides those product terms.

Free and Pro plugin tiers are defined on the product sites. Installing or purchasing on a product domain constitutes acceptance of that product’s terms.

Managed WordPress plans

Managed plans (Basic, Standard, and Priority) are recurring professional services for WordPress maintenance, security, and hands-on reporting — not plugin license bundles.

  • Pricing ranges on /managed-plans/ are indicative. Final scope and monthly fee are confirmed after intake.
  • Every tier includes relevant plugin(s) installed and configured on the free version by default. Pro licenses for Local Lift SEO and/or Lead Ledger are sold separately on the product sites and are not included in any retainer tier.
  • A managed retainer begins only after a written agreement or statement of work is accepted — contact or tier-selection forms do not create a binding contract.
  • Agencies may inquire about white-label managed fulfillment; delivery terms are set in a separate agreement.

Professional services

Custom WordPress builds, SEO setup, and related project work are governed by a separate proposal or statement of work issued after you request a quote. Quote calculator and contact submissions do not create a binding contract until a written proposal is accepted.

Pre-launch products

Local Lift Care is described on this site for education and launch notification. Features, pricing, and availability may change before general release. Joining a notify list does not guarantee access or pricing at launch.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit abusive or unlawful content through any form.

Changes

We may update these terms as our products and services change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
